  • design innovative client-centred service models
  • deliver quality services
  • implement governance and reporting processes
  • contribute to evidence-based research.

Accreditation for homelessness providers

Homelessness providers funded by Homes NSW must achieve and maintain accreditation to deliver high-quality services. The Homelessness Accreditation Policy Framework outlines standards, requirements, and procedures.

Recommissioning homelessness services

Contracts for Specialist Homelessness Services and the Homeless Youth Assistance Program have been extended until 30 June 2026.

We’re committed to ensuring people experiencing homelessness are treated with respect, dignity, and without discrimination in public places.

Domestic and family violence support and initiatives

Homes NSW is expanding support for people escaping domestic and family violence by prioritising housing, crisis services, and financial assistance.
